On Thursday, September 15, 2016, the USPTO Military Association held its quarterly meeting and celebrated the U. S. Air Force’s 69th birthday.  As is the UMA’s custom, the oldest and youngest Air Force members present cut the cake with a sword.  Pictured are Mark Booker, the youngest present, Dean Dominique, UMA President, and Sieg Chencinski, the oldest Air Force member present.
