After a 3-year hiatus, the USPTO Military Association (UMA) newsletter, Scuttlebutt, is back and better than ever! The latest issue shares photos from several UMA events this year as well as photos from around the services and news pertinent to veterans. The newsletter also introduces two new initiatives: a newsletter “creative corner” for UMA members and family members to share art, photos, and short poetry; and a Youth Communications Apprenticeship program, which offers members’ children the opportunity to write for the newsletter and UMA social media.
