The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the HUD Veterans Affinity Group (VAG) request the honor of your presence, at the (2016) HUD Memorial Day Commemoration Ceremony/50th Anniversary of the Vietnam War Commemoration/25th Anniversary of Desert Storm/VAG STEM Program. This honorable event is scheduled for Thursday, May 26, 2016, (11:00am – 12:30 P.M.) HUD Headquarters Building: 451 7th Street, SW, Washington, D.C., 20410 (South Plaza Entrance).

Ferrell, Army Chief Information Officer/G-6, and Major General (MG) Thomas E. Ayres, Deputy Judge Advocate General, Office of The Judge Advocate General, U.S. Army.
We are also honored to have the Franklin Military Academy, including the Franklin Military Academy Commandant, the Franklin Military Academy Valedictorian, the Military District of Washington (MDW) Joint Forces Ceremonial Color Guard and Bugler, Prince George’s County Public Schools (PGCPS) Junior ROTC, Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) Junior ROTC, and other distinguished guests who will be participating in the recognition of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our future as free nation.
A reception for all invited guest will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m., and the Memorial Day Ceremony will begin promptly at 11:00am. Please use the South Plaza Entrance to enter the HUD building and parking will be available at the L’Enfant Plaza Garage, on D Street, S.W. (Security screening is MANDATORY – Please bring proper photo ID)
